The friendly, yet professional handling of all formalities, such as handover and return of the boat. The clean, well-maintained, and complete condition of the boat. The repeated requests to call in case of problems so that a solution could be found as quickly as possible. All in all, an exceptionally positive charter experience. I can wholeheartedly recommend Carloforte Sailing Charter. Also worth mentioning is the marina staff, who are far above average, from the super-friendly service staff in the "clubhouse" to the marineros, whom many other marinas could learn a thing or two from.
