- Description of the boat is incorrect: the shower cubicle at the toilet could not be used, we were told when we picked it up that we would have to shower outside the boat - the water that came from this water tank smelled terrible. We wonder if this tank has ever been cleaned... One time I took a shower in the shower stall anyway, but since the drain was screwed tight, the water wouldn't drain and we had to scoop it out with cups. - When we picked it up (we had paid extra for the early check-in) we had to wait over an hour for our towels, which were provided to us by Pitter Yachting for a fee. - The last two days (from Wednesday evening) the interior lighting in the main part of the boat (kitchen, benches) stopped working, we had to cook with flashlights. - During the anchor (test) on Friday afternoon, the anchor chain "knotted" when being lowered and could not be moved forward or back. We had to hoist the anchor and chain up by hand and secure it with ropes so that it stayed up. - Check-out on Friday evening took FOREVER, marina totally overcrowded, showers overflowing.... Why can you only rent from Saturday to Saturday??? We “escaped” from the marina on Friday evening and stayed overnight in a hotel on the itinerary. - Given the rental price of the yacht, we find it outrageous that 90 euros are charged for a week for the parking space in the marina. In other countries it is common for parking in the marina to be included for the duration of the boat rental.
