It was not just a horrible experience. It was a life-threatening one. There was a gas leak on the boat, which was hazardous and a life-threatening issue. On top of it. The hygiene on the both was unbearable. There was mold in the bathrooms and no cleaning services or whatsoever. We had to beg for fresh towels and sheets since our daughter got lice while on the boat. We contacted BoatAround, but we never got back from them.
